I just upgraded, but I'm being asked to pay again

There are two possible reasons for this issue:

  1. A duplicate username
This usually happens when someone with an existing account re-subscribes without being logged into their old account first. If you type in your old username, the system sees that as a duplicate of a name that already exists, and will automatically add a string of five numbers to the end of the duplicate username to create a unique username. You can see if this is the case by checking your welcome email: the change in your username will be reflected there. If you didn't receive your welcome email, please send us a message and let us know. See also: I just signed up and can't login

  2. You paid with cryptocurrency
If you upgraded your account or paid for a new account with cryptocurrency and you don't immediately have access, don't worry! It can take a little while for GoCoin to communicate with our system after your payment approves. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to almost an hour for that information to make its way to our system. If you don't receive access after an hour, please contact us.
