I upgraded, but I don't have full access yet

When you upgrade your subscription, you are upgrading in the billing processor's database, they then have to send the information that you have upgraded to our database and we update your access. This can sometimes take a little while depending on how quickly the billing processor sends our database the information that you have upgraded. Please be patient, your access will be upgraded to full monthly member as soon as possible. 

If you've paid by cryptocurrency (BitCoin, LiteCoin etc), it can take up to an hour for GoCoin (the billing processor for crypto transactions) to communicate with our system and get your account created. If you still don't have access after an hour, please don't hesitate to send in a ticket.
