We don't store your payment information. You will need to contact the company who was used to bill you (Epoch, RocketGate, etc) to change any payment information. Any contact information for your biller will be available in the welcome email you received from them.

I was Billed by EPOCH or Paypal
To modify an account billed through Epoch, you will need (2) two of the following pieces of information to find your account. Use the same information that your account has in order to locate it.
- Member ID (same as your Subscription ID)
- Email Address
- Username
- Card Number
Go to www.epoch.com and follow the instructions found there.
I was Billed by Segpay
To modify an account billed through Segpay, you will need (2) one of the following pieces of information to find your account. Use the same information that your account has in order to locate it.
- Subscription ID (purchase ID)
- Email Address
- Username
Go to https://cs.segpay.com/ and follow the instructions found there.
Where is my Subscription ID?
Your Subscription ID or Member ID is the unique identification number for your subscription account. Your subscription ID can be found using either of these two methods:
- Subscription ID and important info is also available in the email receipt you received after signing up. If you can not find your welcome email see article - I did not receive my welcome email
- Login and go to your user settings (click 'My Account' in the top right corner of the page and then 'Account Settings' - under the Billing & Subscriptions tab you'll see your Member ID next to your subscription type)
